PENGALAMAN PENSYARAH UITM DI INTERVIEW TPM

Ak dpt MAC utk cikgu MARA, subject math... Usha2 gan kawan2 semua... Dah tercerita gan kawan nie hahhhh... Dia selamat dpt jd lecturer tetap slpas abes srudy master under tpm... Rezeki org lain2, xsenang dpt bila pandai and confidence nie. Bila kita xkonconfident dgn diri susah, kitabakan sentisa xpercaya dgn diri sendiri...

So bwh nie adalah antara msg ak dgn dia, tp ak ambik dialog dia la, ak lya xde point... 😂

dlu aku msk interview, aku buat bodoh jer,,slide aku putih tk de apa2 tulisan,,then aku start bagi dadu setiap interview,,then aku tny

1) do ur know the things that give it to u??

2) thanks ilyas, how many faces that the dice have & how many number written on the face of the dice

- dr syg jwp, ada 6 faces,,each faces .......

3)gud minah,, now, if i toss the dice, do u know exactly what no will appear??

4) why ilyas,,u know that there 6 numbers no the dice, but y u didnt what numbers is going to appear??

dan seterusnya,,

1st: aku kena tarik minat pelajar dlu,,timbulkan rasa ingin tahu,,

2nd: what ever i do, aku akan tny sln SIMPLE, spya dorg participate,,then wujud lah 2ways communication,,

3rd: then akhir skali baru la aku kata,,”thats what we are going to learn today “PROBABILITY””

4th: then baru la aku start slide,,apa def probability dari dadu tadi,,

5th: why we need to learn probability?? nie my 2nd slide, then i timbulkan pulak satu cerita yg melibatkan students,,dan cerita tu mesti cerita yg membolehkn student mnjawap apa kepentingan probability,,ni d panggil student centred learning

kedua2 sln tu aku timbul kn,,then aku create cerita spy student yg jwp kedua2 sln,,

muahahahaha

n ko byngkan,,time aku intrview mock teaching ntuk naik tetap,,guess what, aku just bawa sebotol mineral water just ntuk explain “hypothesis testing”

smp prof yap kata “u do excellent “
